The Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky’s (BIANKY) Complimentary Business Boost CEU Program has evolved to address a critical gap in the construction industry by providing accessible, consistent and high-impact continuing education for builders, remodelers and industry professionals. The primary goals for this initiative were to remove financial barriers to help increase CEU participation, deliver technical, business-focused education applicable to real-world challenges, and enhance member engagement and retention through a repeatable operational model that would position the BIANKY as a leading regional education provider. By utilizing a standardized marketing approach, the program created a recognizable and trustworthy brand that facilitated consistent participation and fostered industry-wide relationship building.
The program has contributed to creating a more knowledgeable and capable local workforce, and improved attendance show the success of the program. It also has redefined member expectations so that education is no longer viewed as an isolated service but an ongoing, integrated part of BIANKY membership. This education initiative has served as a workforce solution and process for strategic growth, aligning with long-term goals of the industry while producing tangible results for members.
