The 2026 HBA of Greater Siouxland Resource Guide streamlined communication and relationships amongst its members, their communities and skilled professionals, enhancing the positive impact the association brings to the regional residential construction industry. Thanks to the enthusiastic efforts of its newly seated executive board, this innovative publication highlights community initiatives, including scholarships, events and partnerships, as well as serves as a place where specialized industry members can showcase their diverse range of products and services in print and digital formats. Distributing this resource has effectively fueled association growth, with seven new members joining the association since its release who cited an interest in participating from the publication.
In addition to serving as a valuable directory for community members and industry professionals, the Resource Guide has established greater visibility for the HBA pf Greater Siouxland in a comprehensive and accessible way and provided an opportunity to generate non-dues revenue by selling advertisements. The immense success of this initiative has inspired the HBA to produce the guide annually as an extension of its outreach, workforce development and member engagement efforts while reinforcing its regional presence and value to the residential construction industry.
