The Spring Kitchen and Bath Tour, launched in 2024 by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, was created to provide a fresh, seasonal event that engages the public and showcases exceptional local design and remodeling talent. Designed to be inclusive for all members, from remodelers to builders, the event featured 22 stunning kitchen and bathroom projects across the Triangle region. The tour successfully met and exceeded its goals, bringing in $39,000 in income from an initial $32,000 budget, and drew significant public interest, making it one of the most successful first-year events in the association’s recent history.
A robust marketing strategy fueled the event’s momentum. The launch of their website, KitchenAndBathTour.com, attracted more than 10,000 unique visitors in the week before the tour, and a dedicated Instagram campaign, supported by home and lifestyle influencers, grew its following from 75 to more than 700. These efforts, paired with strong industry participation, positioned the Spring Kitchen and Bath Tour as a premier platform for connecting homeowners with professionals, while offering inspiration, education and high-end design experiences.
