The North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA) launched a series of incentive programs to recognize the dedication of their local associations and executive officers. The initiative aimed to boost member engagement, strengthen the connection between local leadership and the state association, expand educational opportunities and enhance BUILD-PAC fundraising efforts. To achieve these goals, NCHBA offered financial incentives to encourage increased attendance and membership. It covered tuition for the newly established EO University, a one-day professional development event, as well as expenses for the Association Management Conference. Additionally, it set clear fundraising targets and timelines for dues collection. As a result, communication and collaboration between local executive officers and the state association significantly improved. Eighteen local associations met their fundraising goals, collectively raising more than $90,140.
