The Remodeler Round Tables, created in 2019 by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, have become an essential platform for remodelers to collaborate, share knowledge and address industry challenges. These quarterly sessions provide a unique opportunity for peer-to-peer support, where members can discuss topics ranging from marketing and hiring practices to navigating contract disputes and troubleshooting county systems. The round tables also promote a sense of community by offering remodelers the chance to exchange real-world solutions and strategies for success. For newer members, the round tables are especially valuable, providing mentorship and practical guidance for overcoming common hurdles in the early stages of their businesses.

The success of the Remodeler Round Tables is evident in its growing attendance and impact on member acquisition. In 2024, average attendance reached 18 per session, up from 13 in 2023, with six new remodeler members joining specifically due to the round tables. These events increase member engagement, offering invaluable networking opportunities and making them a must-attend event for remodelers. As a result, the Remodeler Round Tables have proven to be a critical resource for professional growth, retention, and recruitment by strengthening the Remodelers Council’s role in the local remodeling community.
