The 29th annual Flagler Parade of Homes, run by the Flagler County-Palm Coast HBA, had 27 physical entries, three virtual entries, and one remodel entry, plus the Showcase Home and Showcase Community. The scattered-site parade is supported by a print magazine and mobile app. The event exposes member builders and remodelers by driving traffic to their model homes and websites. The Parade of Homes is the association’s largest source of operating revenue each year.

The HBA relies heavily on feedback from their builders and staff. Instead of following the traditional thought process of “this is how it’s always been done,“ the HBA listens to builders and consumers and adapts. Members had significant traffic throughout the nine-day parade, resulting in promising leads and future sales.
