The Greater Orlando BA HYPE Awards celebrate outstanding trade partners, vendors and suppliers in the home building industry. Through active membership engagement and strategic recruitment efforts, builders nominate top performers for industry recognition. This collaborative effort fosters a culture of excellence and celebrates the vital role of trade professionals. Now, in its third year, the HYPE Awards has received an overwhelming response with nearly 500 subcontractor nominations. The tremendous support and attendance demonstrate the growing significance of the event in the Central Florida home building industry.

The BA used this event to enhance membership recruitment and retention within the industry by providing builders with tools and support to identify and engage viable new members, some of whom they are already doing business with. Including GOBA membership as a requirement for HYPE Award consideration incentivized participation and strengthened the association’s network.
