With an average attendance of 400 people, this member mixer provides a laid-back atmosphere and an excellent opportunity for members to forge new business connections. The project has undergone a transformative evolution, boasting a budget of $27,500 and an exponential increase in sponsorships, surging from $3,500 to $25,000.

The Horseshoe Tournament attracted over 100 tournament participants and an additional 300 attendees solely for networking opportunities. By providing a welcoming environment where professionals from diverse backgrounds can come together, the project fosters a sense of community and solidarity within the association, reinforcing its role as a hub for industry networking and collaboration.
