The 2023 NEFBA Membership Drive was a month-long effort to recruit 90 new members. Multiple teams competed in a Kentucky Derby themed Drive. The Drive generated 104 new company members (86 Associates, 18 Builders), 31 new affiliate members, 36 new Sales & Marketing Council members, 11 Professional Women in Building members, and 17 Custom Builders & Remodelers Council members. The Drive was also financially successful, passing its income goal of $8,000 by $2,500.

NEFBA’s Board and Councils were divided into ten teams each with a team captain and staff liaison. The members selected a theme and materials were put together to promote the Drive and sell sponsorships. Scoring for the Drive included points for builders (three points), associates (two points) and affiliate or paid council members (one point). Bonus points are for sponsoring the Drive (three points), recording and posting a video (two points), attending the Call-a-Thon (two points), social media post (one point) and summiting a Spike Rolodex (one point).
