With the expansion of the BIA of Northern Kentucky’s second training facility in 2023, the Enzweiler Building Institute, the association’s trade school, has expanded its involvement with Learning Grove’s NaviGo Scholars program. In 2023, the BIA was recognized as the program’s Business & Community Partner award recipient. Using student-specific assessment information and NaviGo’s proprietary curriculum, the association works closely with junior high and high school students and their families to make planning for the future a rewarding experience.

The partnership with NaviGo scholars has generated marked enthusiasm among the students served through various training facility visits, job site experiences, and hands-on learning activities. Since the BIA has partnered with the program, some high school graduates are now matriculating to post-secondary training programs.
