The Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties (MBA) community stewardship efforts provide donations to housing-focused nonprofits and organize volunteer projects for members and staff.
The program’s goal is to create positive change in the community and increase the visibility of the MBA members serving the community. The MBA leverages members’ skills and provides financial donations to meet the needs of the community across the region. Volunteer projects include Rampathon, Painting a Better Tomorrow, and charitable giving.
- Rampathon is a volunteer ramp-building event for individuals and families who struggle to safely get themselves or their loved ones in and out of their homes.
- Painting a Better Tomorrow beautifies the interior spaces of local nonprofits that work to improve the lives of disadvantaged community members.
- In 2023, the association donated over $100,000 to nonprofit organizations providing critical aid and services to individuals and families in need.
