The GHBA Professional Designation Program was developed by the Greater Houston BA and its volunteers to offer top-tier industry education to builders, remodelers, trade professionals and associate partners in the Gulf Coast region. The program provides coursework and training for individuals to secure a Professional Builder Designation (PB), Professional Remodeler Designation (PR), or Professional Builder Partner Designation (PBP). In its inaugural year, nine GHBA members graduated from the program.

Receiving a GHBA designation serves as a hallmark of professionalism and expertise within the Gulf Coast building community. Designation holders are recognized as trusted authorities in their respective fields, instilling confidence among clients, partners and stakeholders. In addition, the designation program enhances the collective integrity and credibility of the Gulf Coast building sector.
