The BIA of Northern Kentucky was featured in 90 media stories in 2023 exceeding the HBAs usual goal of 52 per year. A combination of press releases, media relations, partnerships with cities and counties and the overall level of activity at the association assisted in the achievement. A key performance indicator is featured in the BIA’s monthly Board of Directors report, which draws attention and accountability to the project. A PR calendar was created to organize the news to share, and strategic press releases were distributed which maximized media exposure.
