The BIA of Northern Kentucky encourages teammates to participate in different associations within the community. Groups served by teammates staff include the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Business Advocacy Council, the Northern Kentucky Workforce Investment Board, and the Rotary Club of Cincinnati. This work allows members to be represented in other associations, improves the image of the HBA and helps achieve the HBA’s mission.
The BIA of Northern Kentucky allocates time for each staff member to share their involvement and achievements with leadership. The team also encourages each other to attend events and activities associated with their respective groups. This support and encouragement create a stronger community and expands the HBA’s regional footprint.
