Apply to join the Best Practices in Writing State and Foundation Applications Academy, beginning April 16, 2026. The Academy is a six-week virtual course to help HBAs with intermediate-to-advanced experience writing and submitting applications for state and foundation workforce development grants.

Only 12 HBAs will be selected to participate in the Academy. If you’re interested in applying, please ensure you can attend the session dates listed below and complete this application by Feb. 20, 2026.

All virtual sessions will take place on Thursdays, 2-3 p.m. ET:
