Explore Senior Leadership Opportunities at Nominations Forum

The Nominations Committee will host a Nominations Forum during the 2026 International Builders’ Show. Members who may be interested in becoming a future candidate for NAHB Third Vice Chair, as well as those who would like to work on a campaign, are encouraged to attend the forum, taking place Feb. 18 from 3-4 p.m. ET in the Orange County Convention Center, West 414B.

This information session will cover preliminary considerations, the process to become a certified candidate, and insights on what it takes to be an NAHB Senior Officer.

“The challenge of an elected volunteer leader is the transition from enhancing yourself to enhancing other volunteers and the organization you serve together,” shared Carl Harris, 2024 NAHB Chairman.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions during an open forum setting.
