2025 National Housing Center Award Recipients Announced

The National Housing Center Board of Governors has announced the recipients of the 2025 National Housing Center Awards.

The Exemplary Service to Home Building Awards recognize individuals for outstanding and commendable accomplishments in service to the housing industry. The 2025 recipients are Larry Fiano, and Emma and Chuck Shinn.

The National Housing Hall of Fame recognizes individuals whose spirit, ingenuity and determination have changed the nation’s housing for the better, making the United States one of the best housed nations in the world. The 2025 Hall of Fame inductees are Heather McCune, the late Calvin “Chip” Dence and Donald R. Horton, and NAHB past chairmen Karl “Randy” Noel and Gregory Ugalde.

The induction and award ceremonies will take place during the 2025 Spring Leadership Meeting, on Tuesday, June 10, at the National Housing Center in Washington, D.C.
