On the latest episode of NAHB’s podcast, Housing Developments, CEO Jim Tobin and COO Paul Lopez broadcast live on-site at the 2025 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas with Guy Minnix of LG Pro Builder.

This is the first time the company has showcased the LG Pro Builder brand and builder programming at IBS. Minnix delved into LG’s experience at IBS, the products the company is showcasing, including new product launches, and what inspires LG’s innovation.

“The show’s been amazing,” Minnix stated. “We’ve had great conversations with builders and remodelers coming through our IBS booth.”

He also shared insights on how the proposed tariffs from the Trump administration can impact a company such as LG.

Tobin and Lopez continue the advocacy conversation with a discussion on the budget process, workforce development, immigration reform and other key issues.

“There’s a lot going on at every phase with our advocacy team right now,” Tobin stated.
