NAHB announced the Silver Winners, or finalists, for The Nationals, NAHB’s largest awards presentation. These awards celebrate the best in new-home sales and marketing and include 55+ housing, global innovation and NAHB Honors. Gold Winners will be announced at The Nationals Awards ceremony, powered by Chase, on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. PST at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas during the 2025 International Builders’ Show.

The Nationals Awards categories include:

  • 55+ housing is the industry’s only national awards honoring excellence in housing for the 55+ housing sector.
  • Global innovation recognizes the most cutting-edge, advanced and original products, services, buildings and communities from around the world.
  • NAHB Honors features the Associate of the YearCustom Home Builder of the Year and Woman of the Year.
