Finalists Announced for the 2025 The Nationals Awards
NAHB announced the Silver Winners, or finalists, for The Nationals — NAHB’s largest awards presentation — powered by Chase. These awards celebrate the best in new-home sales and marketing and include 55+ housing, global innovation and NAHB Honors. Gold Winners will be announced at The Nationals Awards ceremony on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at 5 p.m. EST at the Hyatt Regency Orlando during the 2026 International Builders’ Show.
The Nationals Awards categories include:
- Sales and marketing, recognizing superior new home sales and marketing achievements, and honors excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales by individuals and teams.
- 55+ housing, the industry’s only national awards honoring excellence in housing for the 55+ housing sector.
- Global innovation, recognizing the most cutting-edge, advanced and original products, services, buildings and communities from around the world.
