Finalists Announced for the 2023 The Nationals Awards
NAHB announced the Silver Winners, or finalists, for The Nationals, presenting the National Sales and Marketing Awards, Best of 55+ Housing Awards, Global Innovation Awards and NAHB Honors. Gold Winners will be announced at The Nationals Awards Ceremony, sponsored by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, which will take place Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 5 p.m. at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas during the 2024 International Builders’ Show.
The awards recognize outstanding residential real estate sales, marketing and design, 55+ housing projects, individual achievement and global excellence.

State-Level Employment Situation: December 2025With few exceptions, year-over-year nonfarm employment levels were relatively stable across states at the end of 2025, ranging from a decline of 4.2 percent to a gain of 1.8 percent.
