Is your association leading workforce development initiatives locally or planning for future events? All NAHB members, home builders association staff and executive officers will be able to receive resources and information related to careers in construction to support their outreach efforts directly to their inboxes beginning this month.
The Workforce Development Champions Corner is a bi-monthly e-newsletter about promoting skilled trades. It provides workforce development advocates the opportunity to access the latest resources to support careers in construction initiatives, including marketing materials, activity ideas and notifications for future opportunities to connect with peers to share best practices.
The e-newsletter will also feature inspiring stories from NAHB members and associations who spotlight the value of careers in construction in their communities. Any member or association involved with promoting the skilled trades, or exploring skilled trades programs, should subscribe.
The Workforce Development Champions Corner’s inaugural issue will arrive this month before the 2022 Fall Leadership Meeting. To subscribe, please complete the e-newsletter subscription form on nahb.org.
Members and HBAs are invited to join the next installment in the Workforce Development Champion Forum webinar series taking place on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 2 p.m. ET.
