Sandra J. Dunn

Sandy Dunn served as NAHB president in 2008. Dunn owns and operates B.J. Builders, Inc., in Point Pleasant, W.Va., which specializes in single-family, entry-level homes. She served as an NAHB National Vice President in 1988-1989 and in 2000-2001, was named National Representative of the Year in 1998, and is an NAHB Senior Life Director. In 1987, Dunn was elected president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Charleston and was president of the Home Builders Association of West Virginia in 1991 and 1992. Dunn was awarded the Henry E. King award, the highest honor given to a builder in the state of West Virginia, in 1997.
