Joe Robson

Joe Robson served as NAHB Chairman of the Board in 2009. Robson is the founder and president of The Robson Companies, Inc., in Tulsa, Okla. He has been a member of the NAHB Board of Directors since 1990 and has served as a National Vice President representing Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

Robson has served on the board of directors of the Oklahoma State Home Builders Association since 1990 and was the association’s president in 1993. He was Oklahoma Builder of the Year in 1994, has served on the board of directors of the Tulsa Home Builders Association since 1986, and was that association’s president in 1991 and 1992. Robson was the Tulsa Home Builder of the Year in 1992.

He has served as a director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka; a director of the Broken Arrow, Tulsa and State Chambers of Commerce; and a member of the Oklahoma Judicial Nominating Committee.
