F. Gary Garczynski

F. Gary Garczynski, a builder-developer and president of the National Capital Land and Development Company, served as the 2002 NAHB president. Garczynski is a Senior Life Director and has served on the Executive Committee as a National Vice President, committee chairman, and presidential appointee. He also served as president of both the Home Builders Association of Virginia and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and was named Builder of the Year for both associations.

Garczynski was a Gubernatorial appointee to the Virginia Housing Study Commission and an appointee to Virginia’s Commission on Population and Growth. He is also a broker-member of the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors.
