Martin Perlman

Martin Perlman served as NAHB president in 1990. Perlman was chairman of the board and treasurer of Perl Homes, Inc., and is vice president of Noel Homes, Inc., a Houston home building company. He is also a partner in the I.M.E. Co., an investment building firm. Perlman was president of the Greater Houston Builders Association in 1978-79 and received their Builder of the Year award in 1981. He has served on the board of directors of the Texas Association of Builders since 1976. Perlman is an NAHB life director, was a BUILD-PAC trustee between 1982 and 1985 and was chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Commercial Builders Council in 1983 and 1984.
