Dale Stuard served as president of NAHB in 1988. A Newport Beach, Calif., home builder, Stuard is chairman of the board of Stuard Industries, Inc. Stuard has been president, vice president, secretary and life director of the Orange County chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California and also served as president of the BIASC. He has served NAHB as an area vice president, national representative, member of the executive committee, life director, life spike, trustee and member of the BUILD-PAC executive committee.
