Leonard L. Frank served as president of NAHB in 1962. Frank was a founding partner in the firm of Stackler & Frank, the builder/owner of Mid Island Plaza in Hicksville, N.Y. As a national leader in the construction industry, Frank created new methods and technology. He served as president, life director, and chairman of several committees for NAHB. Frank also served as president of the Long Island Home Builders Institute in 1949 and 1950.
