Larry Blackmon

Larry Blackmon served as NAHB president in 1966. As owner and president of Blackmon & Associates, Inc., he conducted building operations throughout the state of Texas. He was named NAHB’s outstanding regional vice president in 1961 and became a national vice president representing Texas and Oklahoma in 1962. Blackmon is a past president of the Texas Home Builders Association and a past director of the Fort Worth Home Builders Association. He is a trustee of Texas Christian University and has frequently been honored by the Texas Junior Chamber of Commerce for his work in state and community Jaycee work.
