One of our newest designs catching our customers’ eyes is the Lancaster. This 2,160-square-foot home has tons of curb appeal, and includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, which are spread out over two floors with plenty of space for the entire family and friends.
The Lancaster’s 30-by-40-foot footprint offers generous-sized rooms inside. An open-concept layout, cathedral ceilings, a spacious loft, a covered porch, a large wraparound deck, as well as an open deck, make this a home that is tough to beat.
A wall of windows below a unique prow front allows a lot of light into the home, and showcases views of the surrounding area. In addition, the front exterior features a large, 10-by-62-foot wraparound deck, with a 10-by-26-foot covered porch and an open deck on the sides to create exceptional, seamless space for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors.
On the interior of the Lancaster, a first-floor suite , including a walk-in closet, and first-floor laundry room are highly desirable features in this home. An open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as a second bathroom on the first floor, also add appeal.
