Online Savings

Save 5-10% on your online purchases with a Lowe’s Pro Account. Whether you already have a Lowe’s Pro account, a personal account, or neither, setting up an account to earn member-exclusive savings is easy. Lowe’s Business Credit Cards

Online Savings: How to Set Up Your Lowe’s Pro Account

For those who do not have a Lowe’s account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Lowes.com and click on Lowe's PRO.
  2. Enter your business email address and select Continue.
  3. Enter all required fields to create a login and password.
  4. Go to My Account, select Wallet, and confirm all forms of payment are attached to your account.

For existing Lowe’s personal (DIY) accounts, change to a Lowe’s Pro account by following these steps:

  1. Go to lowes.com to Convert Your Existing Account.
  2. Click on Convert to a PRO.
  3. Enter in your email address and password associated with your Lowe’s personal account.
  4. Select your Industry.
  5. Enter Pro Account ID: NAHB1 in the Join Existing field and select Next.
  6. Enter all required fields in the Business Information section.
  7. Click Convert Account.
  8. Go to My Account and select Wallet.
  9. Under Payment Methods, click + Add New Card and enter your information (any card you use can be added)

For existing Lowe’s Pro accounts, connect your account to the NAHB group by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your existing Lowe’s Pro account.
  2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click on Organization Settings.
  4. Click on Organization Information.
  5. Enter Pro Account ID: NAHB1 in the Join Group Purchasing Organization and Click Join GPO.
  6. Go to My Account and select Wallet.
  7. Under Payment Methods, click + Add New Card and enter your information (any card can be added)

2% Statement Discount: Cannot be combined with any other statement discount. A business/company can only be affiliated with one association/group, and registration for the above association supersedes all previous declarations regarding affiliation with another association/group. To be eligible for the 2% discount, you must have a valid National Association membership and a Lowe’s Commercial Account (LCA) or Lowe’s Business Advantage (LBA) and comply with all terms and conditions of your LCA or LBA Account agreement. Discount will not take effect until Synchrony has processed your registration, which can take up to two weeks. Afterward, please allow one to two complete billing cycles for your registration to be processed and for your discount to appear on your billing statement. For LCAs, the discount appears on your page one “Account balance summary” under the category “Unapplied payments and adjustments.” If you have an LBA Account, your statement credit appears at the end of the Transactions Summary labeled “Promotional Credit for using your card.” The amount of the discount will be automatically deducted from the total balance on your invoice at billing. The 2% discount is applied on a pre-sales tax basis. The discount is tied to your membership with the applicable National Association. Any change in your National Association membership, or your National Association’s relationship with Lowe’s, may result in your discount being discontinued.
