Committee Overview
The Single-Family Builders Committee is charged with identifying and addressing — via federation-wide advocacy and communication efforts — the topmost issues facing single-family builders today. The committee also provides single-family builders with access to resources, programs and products focused on home design, construction, marketing and finance.
Additionally, the committee co-sponsors NAHB’s Residential Construction Performance Guidelines, identifies warranty support tools, and holds three stakeholder positions on the Knowledge and Innovation Subcommittee.
