Fall Recruitment Competition - Powered by LG Pro Builder
Builder and Associate members of local home builder associations are automatically entered into the Fall Recruitment Competition between Sept. 1 and Nov. 30, 2025.
The goal of the competition is to recruit as many new members (Builder and Associate members only) as possible during the fall.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an individual must be a Builder Member or Associate Member of NAHB in good standing or an Affiliate Member of a Builder or Associate. Anyone on the staff of a state or local affiliated organization (employed, contracted, volunteer, or otherwise) is not eligible to compete. Eligible members will be automatically entered in the competition and compete in one of three size categories:
- Small affiliated organizations – between 10-249 members
- One Builder Member Winner
- One Builder Member Runner-Up
- One Associate Member Winner
- Medium affiliated organizations – between 250-599 members
- One Builder Member Winner
- One Builder Member Runner-Up
- One Associate Member Winner
- Large affiliated organizations – 600 or more members
- One Builder Member Winner
- One Builder Member Runner-Up
- One Associate Member Winner
If an eligible competing member belongs to multiple affiliated organizations, they will compete in the largest category applicable to them but may receive credit for recruits in any affiliated organization.
Prizes
First Place Builder Winner (one per category) choice of:
- Front Load Laundry Pair (WM3400CW / DLE3400W) OR Top Load Laundry Pair (WT7005CW / DLG 7001W)
All winners will each receive:
- One registration for the 2026 International Builders’ Show
- One reserved seat for opening ceremonies at the 2026 International Builders’ Show
- One 2026 International Builders’ Show House party ticket
- One VIP ticket to the 2026 International Builders’ Show Closing Concert
Winners will be announced by NAHB prior to January 31, 2026 and must sign an eligibility waiver to win. Full rules and prize details are available here.
