Orientation provides executive officers, HBA staff and members opportunities to network and learn about NAHB benefits and services.

What is NAHB Orientation?

NAHB Orientation offers EOs, HBA staff and members the ability to learn about NAHB’s programs, products and services. The EO Track is for EOs and HBA staff and is designed for association staff less than three years on the job. The HBA Leadership Track is designed for leaders newly engaged at the local or state level or aspiring to start their national leadership journey.

Members and association staff from the same HBA are allowed to come together. However, due to space capacity, NAHB will only permit one member and one EO or HBA staff member per association. If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact Anna Gimeno (EO Track) or Rachel Branson (HBA Leadership Track).

Registration for 2025 Fall Orientation will open in July.
