NAHB Remodelers Leadership Grant
The National Association of Home Builders Remodeler Leadership Grant aims to provide exposure to NAHB leadership meetings to foster future leaders to represent the needs of the residential remodeling industry.
Professional Women in Building/National Housing Endowment Grants
The Professional Women in Building Leadership Grant provides financial support to qualified applicants to help defray costs associated with professional development opportunities including housing and building related certifications, designations and licensing fees, travel expenses to NAHB’s Spring Leadership Meeting, expenses related to career development and other building related programs.
Associates Leadership Grant
The Associates Leadership Grant develops active Associate leaders through mentoring, participation at national meetings and education about NAHB’s programs and services to help Associates get the most out of their membership while cultivating future leaders.

The Skilled Labor Fund, managed by the National Housing Endowment (NHE), announces Career Connections VII grant applications can now be submitted. Local and state associations are encouraged to apply for funding up to $4,500 to support local career events. Any 2026 activity intended to introduce high school, middle school, or elementary school students to careers in residential trades will be considered. The application deadline is March 15, 2026. This grant supports members who are currently engaged in leadership roles at their state or local HBA, and who have not previously attended the NAHB Spring or Fall Leadership Meetings. Grant recipients are eligible for a one-time grant of $1,000 to be used towards the cost of attending the NAHB Spring or Fall Leadership Meeting.

The NAHB Spring Membership Drive is a national recruitment initiative designed to help HBAs grow membership by highlighting the real, tangible value of belonging to their local and NAHB. This year’s drive emphasizes the power of member-to-member connections and encourages members to do business with fellow members. By participating, HBAs can increase engagement, achieve net membership growth, and earn incentives that support local networking and professional development.
New this year, new members and the NAHB member who recruited them will receive a free “I’m a Member” car magnet, guaranteed to the first 1,000 orders.
