Jim Tobin, CAE, is NAHB’s president and CEO. Within his nearly 30 years of lobbying and association experience, Jim served as NAHB’s EVP, government affairs and chief lobbyist, where he directed the federal, state and local lobbying for NAHB. Prior to NAHB, he was senior legislative assistant to former U.S. Rep. Frank Riggs (Calif.) and former U.S. Rep. Gary Franks (Conn.).
