Corporate Legal Resources for Members and HBA Staff

NAHB’s corporate legal resources are helpful guides for members and HBAs to comply with the latest operational regulations and best practices, including areas such as governance, antitrust and bylaws for your their business and/or association.

The following resources provide guidance for employers and organizations, including how to:

  • Understand association management and basic legal principles within association law and governance,
  • Understand and comply with the legal responsibilities to be a on a board of directors,
  • Nominate NAHB members to key leadership positions,
  • Create antitrust compliance programs and provide training and resources for employees and/or members, and
