Council and Individual Awards
Winners of Remodelers Council of the Year and Member of the Year will be announced at the NAHB Remodelers Board Meeting at the International Builders’ Show. The Remodeler of the Year will be announced during Best in American Living Awards.

- Remodeler of the Year (in collaboration with the Best in American Living Awards Program)
The highest level of recognition presented by NAHB honoring a Remodeler for accomplishments in the building industry and/or throughout the NAHB Federation.

Recognizing a Remodeler Council member whose accomplishments at the local, state or national levels benefit the home building industry and his or her community.
