Recognizes a 55+ Housing Industry Council member whose accomplishments at the local, state or national levels benefit the home building industry and his or her community. The winner will be announced at the NAHB 55+ Board of Trustees meeting at the International Builders’ Show.

Criteria:

• Experience with 55+ Housing Industry council at the local, state and/or national levels
• Demonstrated leadership within the HBA and/or home building industry
• Advancement of 55+ housing within the industry
