Since the fall of 2019 he has helped lead the team whose focus is to bring the Generac opportunity to their electrical and HVAC wholesale channel partners within the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to his involvement with Generac Erik was with Lutron Electronics for almost 16 years. He helped lead their alignment between low and line voltage distributors, lighting showrooms, builders and remodelers. He has been an active member of the National Associations Home Builders’ Custom Builder’s technology workgroup and sat on the Custom Home Builders Committee. At the local level he served three terms as the President of the Pocono Builders Association.
