A native of Centre County, Ms. Dupuis has practiced law in central Pennsylvania since 1997, first with a Centre County law firm and then joining the State College office of Babst Calland in the fall of 2005. Ms. Dupuis’ practice is focused upon commercial real estate transactions, commercial development and land use, business planning and formation, and commercial and contract litigation. She also serves as a solicitor for several local governments in Central Pennsylvania as a development counsel for commercial and residential developers. Ms. Dupuis is also a licensed Title Agent in Pennsylvania and conducts commercial real estate closings through MidState Closing Company, an affiliate of Babst Calland.
