Weber is a voting member for the American Concrete Institute’s (ACI) Residential 332, Precast Panels 533, ACI-ASTM Precast Structures 550, and Insulating Concrete Form 560 Committees. Weber served on the National Precast Concrete Association’s (NPCA) Research Committee and the Portland Cement Association’s (PCA 100) Above-Grade Wall Standard Committee. He is a 2019, S.A. Walters Award recipient, 2-time past Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Building Systems Councils and former NAHB Executive Board member. He currently serves as a Trustee for the NAHB's Leading Suppliers Council (LSC). He previously served as LSC's Co-Chair and Trustee, NAHB's International Oversight Task Group Co-Chair, and as President of NAHB's Concrete Home Building Council.

Weber is a NAHB Certified Green Professional (CGP) and holds the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organization Management (IOM) designation. His published materials include articles and papers appearing in ACI Concrete International magazine and CPI – Concrete Plant International magazine. In 2019, Weber received NAHB's Building Systems Councils' S.A. Walters Lifetime Achievement Award, and in 2006, received Hanley Wood Media’s, The Industry’s Ten Most Influential People award, and profiled in Concrete Construction magazine.
