Nicole Morrison Owner at Red Ladder Residential More about Nicole Morrison Nicole Goolsby Morrison is a licensed NC General Contractor and owner of Red Ladder Residential, a design build construction company in Raleigh NC building renovations, additions and custom homes. Nicole has been involved in the real estate and construction industry for over 30 years with a broad spectrum of experience ranging from finance to sales to construction. Nicole has always stayed deeply involved in housing with advocacy, Home Builders Associations, and Habitat for Humanity and through her industry commitment she has not only built a reputation as a qualified, award-winning builder but also as a leader. Recently she served as President of the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties and was named the 2021 Builder of the Year. Nicole has been involved in many Homebuilder committees at the local, state and national level. She is a past Chairman of the NAHB Professional Women in Building and National Woman of the Year. In 2025 she served as NAHB Remodelers Chair and is currently a Sr Officer for the North Carolina Home Builders Association.
