The Luster Kind is CAPS certified through the National Association of Home Builders. Our design services specialize in requirements, compliance and considerations for special needs, aging-in-place and independent living. We are an advocate of universal design and believe that great design should be accessed, understood and utilized by people of all ages and abilities. We offer packages that tackle non-urgent and urgent obstacles and challenges associated with accessibility, mobility, safety concerns, acoustics, furniture and lighting.
