Joshua Dean at Precision Homecrafters More about Joshua Dean Joshua Dean took over the reins as President of Precision Homecrafters in January of 2020. He enjoys interacting with our clients and with all of Precision Homecrafter’s trade contractors. He particularly loves working on kitchen remodels and getting to see the before-and-after transformations. His favorite feedback is hearing how a project has changed a client's life for the better.

Joshua entered the Homebuilding industry in 2004 through furniture making and later through working in a custom cabinet shop. Joshua helped found another design/build firm, where he worked until he joined the PHC team in 2014. Joshua has attended NCCER & Clemson University’s Project Management Academy, speaks conversational Spanish, and has worked extensively on both commercial and residential design/build projects.

When he is not working, you can find him deep in the woods backcountry hunting or hanging out with his wife Jennifer and their 5 children. Joshua and his family live north of downtown Birmingham on a small 2.5-acre homestead.
