Treacy Duerfeldt Strategic Development at NWC Alliance he/him More about Treacy Duerfeldt I've been involved with residential construction since apprenticing with an electrician in my teens. Afterward, to help pay with college, I sold and installed roofing and siding jobs where I grew up. Over thirty years ago I started my insurance career with a big corporation, took early retirement and have been an owner in my risk management ventures ever since. As founder of NWCA, I am looking for new solutions to residential construction risk problems. We are part of a nationwide organization called world with over 1000 employees. NWCA is our master brand and we have a number of business interests.

I'm also known as "Joyce's Husband"...she's on the BMIT and Education committees. We've been married for over 35 years and love to get to know people. We try hard to serve as we lead in our industry the best we can.
