The National Association of Home Builders ("NAHB") owns the LET BUILDERS BUILD® trademark (the "Mark").

Chartered state and local home builders associations affiliated with NAHB and in good standing ("HBAs") are authorized to use the Mark in accordance with this Policy.

To use the trademark, please read the trademark policy and complete the form below.

By selecting "I Agree," I represent that I am authorized to act on behalf of my Home Builders Association. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with the LET BUILDERS BUILD® Trademark Use Policy on behalf of the HBA. I understand that authorization to use the Mark is revocable by NAHB and that the HBA is responsible for its use of the Mark and all associated communications and activities.
