Join M&Q for an interactive webinar to guide HBAs through the use of legislative earmarks.

This is for HBAs that plan on submitting an earmark this year. The webinar will detail finding the deadlines and understanding the requirements and submission portal process in your home state. This is for HBAs that have a project in progress or new one in the queue and have developed a budget for the project. In addition, crafting a compelling request will be discussed and those that have draft requests will be critiqued by peers.
