Requirements
- Who: Owners, partners or managers with 5+ years of leadership experience
- Education: 50 hours of professional development from the last 5 years (NAHB, IBS, local HBA, or 20 Club credits all count).
- Verifications: Passing a proctored exam, providing professional references, and verifying your business role.
- Cost (Members): $399 for the exam and a $199 application fee. Annual renewal is $99 and covers your other NAHB credentials.
