The HBIDRF provides grants to local charities, working in partnership with state and local home builders’ associations, to help rebuild communities affected by disaster.

    Kentucky Severe Storms

    After severe storms hit central Kentucky in April 2025, the Lincoln Trail Home Builders Association partnered with the College Heights Church to complete the restoration of an elderly woman’s home.

    When Hurricane Helene struck the Southeast in 2024, Evans, Ga., experienced extensive storm damage. Since then, the Home Builders Association of the Greater Aiken-Augusta Region has stepped in to help.
